You should have received an email from our Superintendent, Dr. Sparacello, with the Parent Consent Form for Clubs/Organizations, Medical Treatment, and Counseling. This form is required and must be completed for your student.
If the form is not submitted:

Your student will not be able to participate in school clubs or organizations.

Staff will not be able to provide basic first aid, such as a bandage, if your student is hurt.

Your student will not be able to meet with a counselor.
Please take a moment today to locate the email and complete the form, selecting either 'Consent' or 'No Consent'. Timely submission allows us to provide the necessary opportunities and support for your student.
